This essential oil blend is great after a long day. I usually put this blend in my essential oil diffuser, but you could also dilute it with a carrier oil and rub it onto the bottoms of your feet. Here are the ingredients:
Frankincense Essential Oil: I love this oil. It has Anti- Stress properties and is very relaxing. I happen to like the scent of it, but if you don’t, you can use less.
Lavender Essential Oil: Another one of my favorites. It is anti-stress, anti anxiety, and relaxing.
Lemon Essential Oil: This oil just plain smells good, but it also calming and uplifting.
Recipe for DIY Relaxing Essential Oil Blend
10 drops Lavender Essential Oil (get it here)
5 drops Frankincense Essential Oil (get it here)
3 drops Lemon Essential Oil (get it here)
Combine all ingredients in a dropper bottle and shake to combine.
To use, either put 3 drops into your essential oil diffuser, or dilute with a carrier oil (a carrier oil is any oil like Olive, Sunflower, Etc.) There is a great dilution guide here.
